FAQs Archive - Crockett's Run Lodging & Event Venue

Q: Can wedding guests stay overnight at the venue?

Yes. Crockett's Run offers on-site lodging for up to 60 wedding guests across six cabins, all within walking distance of the Event Lodge. Couples can also book the entire 56-acre property for the weekend, so the wedding party and closest family stay steps from the celebration.

Q: How many wedding guests can stay on the property?

Up to 60 guests can stay overnight in the six cabins at Crockett's Run. The Event Lodge seats up to 175 for the ceremony and reception, so your full guest list is welcome for the day while your closest family and friends stay on-site.

Q: Can we book the entire property for our wedding weekend?

Yes. Couples can reserve all of Crockett's Run for their wedding weekend — private use of the 56-acre property, all six cabins, and the Event Lodge, from the rehearsal dinner through farewell brunch. It's the simplest way to keep everyone together.

Q: Do the cabins work for the wedding party getting ready?

They do. The larger lodges give the wedding party room to gather, and the newly renovated Fern Room bridal suite offers a dedicated space with mirrors, styling chairs, and everything you need before the ceremony.
